Using technology to enhance student learning is something that has been on my mind for some time. It was also something that was solidified in my mind this morning as I met with principals and other central office staff during an admin meeting. With the way this province is going in regards to the concept of learning commons, the curriculum redesign, and SLAs, it is becoming essential that teachers and students not only have access to technology on a regular basis, but that they also have the ability to use it effectively for meaningful learning.
